The Provisioner is an 8” chef knife built around a stainless steel blade and finished by hand with an African Blackwood handle. Designed as a dependable, everyday workhorse, it handles everything from breaking down cuts of meat and slicing steaks to chopping vegetables and preparing a full camp meal.
Each Provisioner is made to order and individually hand-finished, giving every knife its own subtle character rather than the feel of a mass-produced kitchen tool.

Care: Hand wash with mild soap and warm water. Dry immediately. Never soak or place in the dishwasher. Occasionally treat the wood handle with food-safe mineral oil.
